Personal Lines Customer Service Rep (RIBO Licensed)
(Service functions) Full time salaried position

We are currently looking for a Personal Lines RIBO Licensed Customer Service Rep to join our team. If you are passionate about delivering unsurpassed service, an outstanding team player and thrive in a fast paced environment we would like to hear from you.

Rai Grant Insurance Brokers is an established, diverse and friendly large brokerage located in Markham, Ont. We are a 40 year old family owned insurance brokerage offering a competitive compensation and benefits package.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Providing exceptional day to day customer service to clients - answering client questions, offering advice and addressing concerns
• Processing policy changes
• Maintain professional relationships with Insurers and Underwriters
• Assist and provide support to producers when required
• Claims reporting on behalf of the client
• Renewal reviews and remarketing of policies as required

Qualifications:

• RIBO licensed with minimum 3 yrs Customer Service experience
• Good working knowledge of personal lines insurance policies and coverages
• Proficient in the use of computers and applications - working knowledge of CQ, Power Broker and Insurance company portals
• A team player
• Very strong attention to detail
• Strong multi-tasking and time management skills
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, written and oral communication skills
• Ability to work with little supervision with a sound work ethic
