Personal Lines Account Manager - (RIBO Licensed)
(Service and Remarketing functions) Full time salaried position

We are currently looking for a RIBO Licensed Personal Lines Account Manager to join our team. This individual should be passionate about providing exceptional customer solutions to our new and existing clients, be a team player and thrive in a fast paced environment. They will have access to products from over 30 insurance companies and there will be no cold calling required.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Manage a portfolio of existing House and/or Group accounts including:
• provide exceptional day to day customer service to house account and alpha split clients
• renewal reviews and remarketing of policies as required
• offer guidance and expertise on the best course of action for each client
• payment issues, cross selling and up selling when possible
• Provide quotes to referred personal lines clients from Rai Grant commercial producers

Qualifications:

• RIBO Licensed with a minimum 3 years of Personal Lines Insurance experience within an insurance brokerage - sales and underwriting experience an asset
• Good working knowledge of personal lines insurance products and coverages
• Ability to work with little supervision and has sound work ethic
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Working knowledge of Applied Rater, Power Broker and insurance company portals
• Team player, willing and able to adapt to change
• Able to perform well in a busy office and be steady under pressure
• Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills

Qualifications:

Personal Lines TSR

We are currently seeking an experienced Personal Lines Technical Service Representative. The main focus for this individual is to work alongside our Account Executives and Account Management team to provide exceptional service to clients.

Rai Grant Insurance Brokers is an established , diverse and friendly large brokerage located in Markham, Ont. We are a 40 year old family owned insurance brokerage offering competitive compensation and benefits package.

Primary responsibilities include:

• New Business and Endorsement upload
• Renewal Reviews, subject to internal guidelines
• Daily EDI download on a rotating schedule
• EDI Document Distribution

Qualifications:

• 3+ years experience in New Business and Endorsements Upload
• Strong working knowledge of personal lines auto and property insurance coverages and limitations
• Knowledge of Power Broker is an asset. Proficient in the use of computers and applications. Excellent use of Microsoft Office Suite of products and database programs, including spreadsheets.
• A team player with a sound work ethic;
• Very strong attention to detail;
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills;
• RIBO Licence an asset
