1. To enter, you must be a resident of Canada and have reached the age of majority in your province of residence. You must also work for, or belong to a group that participates in Waterloo Insurance's group insurance coverage. You are not eligible if you, your child, spouse, partner or person you currently reside with is an employee of Waterloo Insurance™ or any of The Economical Insurance Group® companies.
   
   This contest is not open to residents of Quebec
   
   
2. The contest begins on April 15, 2012 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Standard Time and closes November 05, 2012 at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Daylight Time.
   
   
3. Eligible members can enter by:
   
   
   • By obtaining a new business quote on auto or property insurance through Waterloo Insurance
     
     Limit one entry per person, per product (one entry per auto, property). No purchase necessary. Odds are dependent on the number of entries
     
     The draw will be held on November 05, 2012 at 12:00 p.m., in Markham, Ontario by random draw from all eligible entrants received before 11:59 am on November 05, 2012
     
     The winner will be contacted by phone within ten (10) business days of the draw date. If the winner cannot be contact within this time frame, another name will be drawn
     
     The winner will receive a cheque in the amount of $2,012.00 CDN. Prize must be accepted as awarded. The cheque will be presented to the winner at the annual CAPE convention, with the date to be advised.
     
     Rai Grant Insurance Broker and/or Waterloo Insurance are not liable for entries that are lost, stolen, damaged or misdirected either prior to or after delivery to Waterloo Insurance. All entries become property of Rai Grant Insurance and/ or Waterloo Insurance and will not be returned
     
     By accepting the prize, the winner consents to the use of their name, address and/or photographs, without further compensation in any advertising or publicity carried out by Rai Grant Insurance and/or Waterloo Insurance

All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these rules or the rights and obligations as between participant and Rai Grant Insurance Brokers and/or Waterloo Insurance in connection with the contest shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario including procedural provisions without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules or provisions that would cause the application of any other jurisdiction's laws.

The personal information you provide will be used for the purposes of this contest and to contact the winner. Your personal information may also be used to inform you of products or services provided by Waterloo Insurance or its affiliates, or to contact you to request further information or provide further information on the products and services offered by Rai Grant Insurance and/or Waterloo Insurance and its affiliates.
